The Town and Country Resort at 500 Hotel Circle in San Diego, is a fantastic venue for the upcoming IBDEA Conference, offering attendees a vibrant mix of relaxation and activities. The property is conveniently located in the center of San Diego and just minutes to area beaches and local attractions including SeaWorld San Diego, San Diego Zoo, Old Town State Park, Balboa Park, USS Midway Museum, Petco Park, Sesame Place San Diego, Little Italy, and the downtown San Diego Convention Center. We are walking distance to San Diego’s premier luxury shopping mall Fashion Valley. We are also approximately 60 minutes to Legoland California and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and approximately a 90 minute drive to Disneyland making it an easy day trip. Transportation to/from the Hotel
San Diego International Airport is less than 6 miles away and approximately 20 minutes by car.
Weather and Attire
In early March, San Diego typically experiences mild weather, with average high temperatures in the mid-60s°F (around 18-22°C) and lows around 54°F (12°C). However, temperatures can fluctuate, with warmer daytime highs and cooler nighttime lows. We suggest you bring a light jacket for evenings outdoors.
Attire for the Conference is “relaxed” Business Casual with an opportunity to dress a little fancier at the closing dinner!
