Transportation to/from the Hotel
― Tampa International Airport (TPA) and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) are about an hour away.
— Resort Transportation Services are available, call 727.343.3303 for rates and availability. Transportation fees vary depending on how many people are in your group, and what airport you need transportation to/from.
— Uber or Taxi. No Shuttle Service
— Free Self-parking, one car per room. Oversized vehicles, trailers, or RVs much make arrangements with the hotel.

— Onsite car rental from Hertz is available at Island Grand. Onsite agents are available Monday- Friday: 8:00 a.m.-1:30 pm. and 2:30 p.m-5:00 p.m. Call 727.360.1631 for special offers and reservations. If calling outside of these times, the Hertz call center is available at 888.407.1416.
Weather and Attire
Typical weather in St. Pete Beach in early March is mild. The average temperature is around 75*F during the day and 60*F at night. It should be nice enough for short sleeves and a light jacket during the day but don’t forget something warmer if you plan to go out in the evening.
Attire for the Conference is “relaxed” Business Casual with an opportunity to dress a little fancier at the closing dinner!
