The Exhibit Area is carpeted. Other items are available on a per-cost basis.
Completing the Product Fair Booth Application does not register you to attend the Conference. The booth application will not be processed if a Conference Registration is not received. To assist in appropriately assigning booth locations, please list your four major competitors (who are IBDEA members). We cannot guarantee the distance between competitors. Special requests may be noted on this sheet, although there are no guarantees. Please review the IBDEA Product Fair Guidelines.

IBDEA’s new speed networking event. Think speed dating for the business world. Conference attendees will have short, fast-paced, pre-planned interactions between Regular and Associate members.
It’s all about making those valuable connections in a super-efficient way. You know how it is; we are all busy, and sometimes, finding the right people to connect with can be challenging. This event takes care of that. It’s like speed dating, but for professional networking – you get a set amount of time to chat with each vendor, exchange information, and see if there’s potential for collaboration, partnership, or just a good old-fashioned networking connection.
Don’t worry if you’re not a networking pro – nobody expects you to be. Just be yourself, bring some business cards or your digital contact info, and get ready to have some quick, meaningful conversations.
Associate Members must exhibit in the Product Fair to participate.
