THE SITUATION ROOM is a mind-bending, escape room-style interactive game set to a movie. Use your listening and problem-solving skills while racing against the clock to decode and interpret visual messages and clues to uncover a mysterious lost treasure.

First of Its Kind Technology, where participants use their smartphone to receive a personalized text message in sync with the “live feed,” providing a web link that allows them to interact with the detectives in real-time as they work together as a team.

As the investigation forges ahead, the story suspends disbelief as the events unfold in real-time. Earn points for solving puzzles and cracking codes, all while engaging in situational decision-making. The burden of success lies on each team’s ability to solve the case within the strict timeline.

CraftHaus Brewery Tour & Tasting

Monday, March 11, from 10:30 am – 2:00 pm

This event starts out with brewery bites, tastes, tidbits, and noshes. Plus, a tasting flight of CraftHaus’ four core beers!

Then, experience the magic and science behind brewing! Enjoy a guided tour from a CraftHaus Brewery Brand Ambassador who will cover the brewing process, CraftHaus history, beer styles, and any burning questions you have.

Bring your tribe, take photos, and peek into their passion for craft beer.

IBDEA Annual Golf Scramble

This prestigious Jack Nicklaus Signature Design is located in the heart of one of the most unique luxury residential and resort communities, Lake Las Vegas.

Reflection Bay Golf Club is set on luxurious Lake Las Vegas. A 320-acre man-made lake, Lake Las Vegas is the centerpiece of this high-end residential resort community. Built in 1998, Reflection Bay Golf Club was designed by 18 time Major winner Jack Nicklaus. The course is designated as a prestigious Jack Nicklaus Signature Design, the only such course located in the state of Nevada. Reflection Bay played host to the Wendy’s 3Tour Challenge from 1998 to 2007, showcasing the talents of such champions as Bubba Watson, Fred Couples, John Daly and Phil Mickelson.

The lavish 32,000-square-foot clubhouse features a full golf shop, as well as casual and fine dining. In addition to world-class golf and dining facilities, Reflection Bay offers some truly unique lifestyle experiences including a private white sand beach, paddle boarding, and access to the La Contessa and Lady of the Lake yachts. We also feature one of the most unique concert experiences in the world, as our floating stage turns Reflection Bay into a beachside venue like no other.

DRESS CODE

All guests, volunteers, and vendors associated with the Event are expected to adhere to the Club’s dress code policies.  Specifically, acceptable golf attire includes a collared shirt, slacks, or Bermuda-length shorts. Denim of any kind, t-shirts, tank tops, cutoffs, tennis, running, or other athletic attire are inappropriate forms of dress for both the clubhouse and the golf course.  Any person not properly attired will not be allowed to play or participate in the Event until their dress meets the Club’s dress code standards. The use of non-metal spikes is required on the golf course.
